It won't matter in the final results but the list does not show me participating in the first two events, but i did. This is because I switched numbers from 252 to 75 after two events.

Congrats to Bruce for beating Carl by less than a point. They fought hard all year. Same to Larry beating out Thomas!

I'll get that fixed for the record.

Thanks Steve, Randy, everyone who does the extra "behind the scenes" work.

I think SDR should double what you get paid for 2006

No one in STX had enough events to end the year? Damn I should have done a couple more races :P

Congratulations to Ross as well for eeking out a close win in G-Stock over Brian. And BTW, for some reason Brian was listed as #60 in event #2 and should have gotten 99.02 point there. This does not change the year end standings, but it would increase his total to 895.6 and thus making G-Stock the closest competition with Ross still winning, but now only by 0.6 points instead of barely over 1.0 point.

And Derek Punch would have won STX handily, except he had some car trouble for one event and ran a different car in STU and more importantly, he came to event and did not race because he was mentoring young drivers as part of his privately (mostly self-) funded foundation to help keep teenage driver safe. He should be commended.

Also, I want to thank Carl for pushing me (and pulling me) all season long. That made for a very challenging and fun season. Oh, OK, and Tyson too. I still don't know how he managed to beat us both a couple of times in that darned Saturn.

And special thanks again to all the volunteers for their time making 2005 such an enjoyable racing season. I hope to see you next year.

I don't see how all three of you manage what you do with wrong-wheel drive. :)

Thanks Bruce. Thanks to the G-stock guys for a great year it would have been even closer had Duane not run out of tires for the last few events. Duane, Brian looking forward to some good competition again this year. I hope we pick up a few more G-stock regulars.
