Why is the calender broken?
It only shows 2006

I looked around and could not find and web-master link, so I'm posting it here.

LOts? I thought there was 1, unless you are counting practices (which I never get into anyway)

I better go back & redo my calender as I'm running both this year (as many champs as I can do)

Well kind of a lot. You are right though there are a lot of practice overlaps. I often find myself in SD during LA practices.
Even though it's less runs for the buck; I love the SD folks, lot, weather, competition. Besides, I think it helps sharpen skills more when you have to go fast in just a few runs rather than all day.

It looks like the following championships overlap with CSCC:
Feb 1
Apr 1
Jun 24
Jul 29 (Tentative)

Apr 15 is the Atwater tour.

So if I want to give Derek a run this year I'll just have to make some choices.

Just have to plan some double-headers. I may try it Feb 11 if the schedule works out. Did that once last year and it was a LONG day. :)

Maybe I'll try that this year, if the stock classes are running at different "ends" of the day. If you get the annual tech for cscc it makes it a bit easier I think.

I don't know which event Steve O will do it at.

SDR Stock run 1 work 3
cscc stock run 5 work 6 tech close @1pm

Maybe?

Should have kept my mouth shut. Oh well, bring it on.

You in the practice Sean? I owe you a couple of laps.

New Z is good to go. It makes a cool sound when you are into it & back out. I call it snap, crackle & pop like the cereal.

Note that in CSCC, Event Chairs have the authority to allow you to run out of group if you ask in advance. But this is generally up to the host club and is supposed to be on the flyer if it's allowed. Also, if you do get an out of group run and the course or conditions change a lot from the normal run group, you are given your average for points.

We have tried in the past to accomodate people trying to run both places, including late tech/registration. But again, this is up to the host club/Event Chair.

Thanks Rick, looks like there maybe 5 or 6 of us trying that this year.

I'm in. Sounds fun. Hope the power isn't TOO overwhelming.

Are the rice krispies stock?

As stock as they come (well except for alignment & sticky tires)

:)
