Entry forms for Feb 10th and 11th?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where to find the entry forms for the practice day on Sat 10th and the event on Sun 11th February? I can't find them on the site.

I know the flier was done last week but the event chairman is waiting on other pages which will be included in the mailing so that's holding things up.

This is the last event where fliers are being sent so there's a page notifying people of that fact.

The old policy was to try and time it so that the online flier goes up the same time that the snail-mailed flier arrives and that has not went out as far as I know.


So to answer your question, snail-mail is holding us up for the last time because everything will be electronic from now on.

You are saying, then, that no mailing of flyers what so ever will happen?

Will flyers be emailed or do you have to go to the site to find it?

Who has a master email list? Want to be sure I'm on it.

I am putting it together. The flyer package (Feb 10-11 SDAD event flyer, annual awards banquet flyer, notice of no more mailings/schedule for Feb-July) should go out Thursday or Friday. This will be mailed to those who were on the old mailing list. As soon as that happens it will be posted on the official site (www.sdr-scca.com) and the new e-mail list (link by Randy, above) will notify all those who opted in.
