Can anyone here suggest a few good shops that handle off-road products/service? I'm looking for suspension components for my FJ Cruiser and don't want to find someone trying to upsell me on stuff I don't need.

Thanks

I also recommend ORW. Not sure if they have FJ Cruiser parts out yet though.
I worked for ORW for 5 years and felt very pleased with the work ethics. Honset and not pressured.

ORW's generally over priced. if your FJ is the kind of a suv that never sees the dirt, then i suppose ORW is the place for you. however, that's not to say that ORW won't have what you're looking for, but as far as service goes, that'll depend on what you want to do with your toyota. there are better shops for your FJ, like the truck stop on miramar. but shops like the truck stop usually better serve customers that know their trucks and know what they want done.

do you know what you want done?

Pretty easy stuff,

primary suspension and install if the rates are reasonable otherwise I'll do it myself. Electronics CB radio install/tuning and eventually winch when I get that serious.

I do drive my FJ on the street but I prefer taking it out to the dirt, I still have my audi for the street.
