1. So on Sunday I heard something about trophies but I had to go course work and was curious what they were for. I was walking away from the booth so I didn't catch it all either. Then I had to run and forgot all about it.

2. I've been told it might be a good idea to use speed bleeders (for my brakes) on my car so that in the future it might be easier to do the job, particularly since I'm autocrossing more and more. Anybody have any problems with them? I've heard good and bad things and not sure if there's a namebrand I should look for...

Thanks in advance!

Trophies in our region are awarded based on how many people compete in class. If there are 3 people in class, they give a trophy for 1st. If there are 7 people, an additional trophy for 2nd is awarded and so on for 11, 15, 19, 23,... An easy way to tell is by looking at the results and spotting the 'T' beside the finishing position.

I used Speed Bleeders once before and didn't really like them.

Speed Bleeders are OK, but they can be a little finicky - if you under tighten they will leak & if you over tighten they are soft and will damage... and leak.

1) you do not have to worry about your brakes, and do not have to switch fluids any more often than normal because you auto-x. Normal service is fine.

2) you won your first trophy Sunday. It will take at least two events for it to show up.

What about March? How exciting though in general. To have something tangible to show people who think I'm nuts...

Congrats on the trophy!

Thanks man! We missed you out there!

I don't think the trophies for the December event are available.

Dang, sorry Yo.

How would I go about getting trophies if I didn't pick them up last event? Just wait for the next one (I plan to miss July 10th's). How long do they stay in the lost and found? lol

Trophies can stick around for years. Usually, someone who knows you will let you know.

Hank, you are correct about March. You are not in the event results as being in SCNAX, but you joined before the event (you ARE in the points total for that event). You need to speak to Marco, who did the trophies for that event.

Ryan, it might be time to relinquish your love of catastrophic understeer... You're really getting it under control!

Good job kickin' my a$$!! :p
Those thropies are in the works, they will be available at the July 31st event
and like Walter I didn't find much use for them in auto-x, maybe more useful
for track events

Cool thanks Marco! And I'd hardly call .3 seconds "kickin' ass", especially since you say Warren's Integra isn't that well prepped. I'm going to get that driver's mod better though to try and and replicate that next time!

Don't spook her though! A wild RaeRae is not indigenous to these parts and will easily frighten. Approach with free tires to gain her trust, then try to capture her. Gotta catch'em all!

:) Keep making Hank run for cones... It's the most activity he usually gets!
