Transport parts to Lincoln?

If anyone is going to Lincoln for the Pro & Tour the end of May, I've a stack of parts I need to send. Will contribute to the fuel bill.

How much space do these parts take up?

A few boxes that should all fit on one pallet or pickup bed:
8 - 18 gal tubs (24x16x16.5)
1 - large box 24x24x40 (car seats)
about 4 other mid size boxes
2 - sway bars
