Newb ready for 1st practice day

I signed up for email event fliers. Received the 2011 schedule last week but still haven't figured out how to sign up for Jan 29th practice day.

Am I missing something? Like an available form perhaps?

Because you signed up for email notification of flyers you will .......

receive an email notification of when a particular flyer is posted and available to be downloaded.

None are available to be downloaded at this time. They are usually available about 4 weeks before the event, but sometimes sightly less than that. The particular event on the schedule will be highlighted (turned into a button) once a flyer is posted. Click on the 'button' and it will take you to the flyer to be printed out. then mail it to the address on the flyer. If you do not have a printer, write the appropriate information on a piece of paper and mail that.

Sometimes you will need to hit 'refresh' for the event to turn into a button.

The first flyer should be ready around, or slightly after, New Year's.
