It'll probably be a little while before results get posted. I believe the computers were not working during the 5th run group, so results will have to be done manually. Leslie is working on it, but she has a life outside of solo2, so it will have to wait until she has time.

Note direct numeric address. I am in the middle of moving sdr-scca.com this weekend and the url might not work correctly for a day or two.

Am I missing a joke? I just entered what illegible writing was on his registration form. Leslie

Where's the Novice Class?

I was told Novice is no longer a class - novices run in their car class. Leslie

Steve was just quipping since Ken is just so fast. FYI, is should read Renspeed. But Kenspeed has a certain sexy allure to it.

Thanks, Leslie for getting the results out. Is that a mistake down at the bottom with Rita having a Pax listing as well as stock? And gee, I thought Gary sold his black 02 Z06. Or did he find another one?

All is well, at least I squeezed past Jane.....:D

I've asked this question before, but didn't get an answer. At the bottom of the results are the winners of various categories. I'm listed as winner the Tire Category, what is the criteria for determining the winner of the Tire Category??
It may be something I can brag about to my grandaughter..........:D

The totals at the end of the results are calculated by the computer - I have no idea how it calculates those items. Probably a good question for Matt Kogan.

Regarding novice class - I was told not to enter them as novices anymore because they don't run in a class together. If someone wants to take the DCCSD event registration cards at the next event and change the class for each novice in the computer, the results could be reprinted with a novice win showing. I will not be at the next event and no longer have the computers so I can't help out with this. Currently I still have the DCCSD event registration cards.

I got the right year car for Gary - just the wrong color although I could swear I typed in "blue".

So would this need to be done by someone from SDAD? Or someone else?

My educated guess: "Tire" is suppose to be any street tired class, but it seems to throw IS classes in there as well. Probably left over from the misnomer that IS classes used street tires. So in short, I think its the top time from STS, STX, STU, STS2, IS1, IS2, IS3. Makes sence that IS1 would take it.

The PAX time at the bottom should be best overall PAX time, not PAX class winner. But since the winner of the PAX class has a better result than Rita's PAXed SS time I am not sure what happened.

BTW, Novice drivers run in the same group as their class of car, but do no compete against non-Novices, just other Novices. The Novice class does not award trophies (but the software can't reflect that.)
