The flyer doesn't state it. What time does registration and tech inspection open/close for Saturday's practice?

Will there be a novice walk in the morning/lunch?

Tech & Registration will be open from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Their will not be an organized Novice walk but there will be Novice instructors available.
