My understanding is that the Cooper S will be in DS (with Integra Type-R's, etc.). You might still want to spend the money!

I think its the John Cooper Works Mini Cooper S that's going to B stock, with the regular S moving to D. They're about $8,000 more than a regular S, depending on options.

If we are buying cars for specific classes I would get a RX-8 and go CS or SK2.
Full preped, of course.
DS PAX went up around .007, CS only .003.

ES up .006 - arrghh.
GS DOWN .009 - maybe I should prep my son's Integra LS!

yea written poorly...my apologies.
what i meant was that i always felt it was "too good" or overpowered and just overall better than everything else in GS.

since CS got realigned, it is not clear you are making that much of a point quoting the PAX values.
And FYI re: all shifts in PAX #s, since the average PAX went up by 0.007 (i.e. AMod essentially got reduced, but since it is stuck at 1.000 -> everybody else moves) you want to compare your PAX increase/decrease to 0.007, not 0.
Ignoring the stock class shift, the big winner in the 2010 PAX derby was GS followed distantly by AM, HS, CSP, CP.
The big loser was BM followed distantly by DM, EM & DP.
Does anybody have a link to the newly realigned stock classes?

Your son's Integra LS is now H-Stock. Which ain't bad; it might be competitive there.

Bingo. Regular Cooper S is now D-Stock, as it always should have been. No more ruining the PAX for a horde of other cars that were actually FAIR G-Stock competitors.
Looking forward to comparing times straight across, with no fudge factor this year, Ron! ;)

Rons right. straight up is good. I have a really hard time figuring the index formula in grid. ha ha. I rely on the announcer and sometimes they dont say much. but when they do, its a lot of fun.
