I was wondering if anyone knows what fly wheels qualify for STS? In looking at the rule book it says must remain stock but in looking at part dealers there are a lot of weight offerings still in the "STOCK" replacement choices. Do I need to locate the Honda flywheel weight for my D16Z6 and go from that?

Running local? "Stock replacement"

Running nationals? HONDA OEM or OEM replacment to be sure

Legal stock would be the part that comes with the car.

IIRC, it needs to be identical to the oem to be legal - same exact dimensions, same weight, etc.

Possibly even some wording regarding how much it can be resurfaced/shaved, etc.

well in order for it to even work it would need to be same dimensions etc, but there is an allowance to "work" with the surface to legal service limits, but u didnt hear that from me....so OEM would be the best way to go
