Cost to run first time?

A friend of mine wants to run at one of the upcoming Championship days. He does not have an SCCA membership or local card. How much will it cost him to walk in off the street and run for a day? I see $30 for the event itself and $15 for an SCCA day pass. Anything else?

You will also need a San Diego region card, I think they're $10 and covers him for the year. He'll probably end up buying some paper numbers at $1 each for whatever number he's assigned, but if there's enough contrast to see it some blue painter's tape can work.
