I'm interested in getting a harness for my car. I was really interested in the Schroth quick-fit harnesses here (http://soloracer.com/minirallye4.html). Will this pass the safety inspection? I only want them for autocross, not track use. Thanks for the help.

The Schroth quick harness is totally legal for autoxing, in all classes. There are other products out there that work real well that are quite a bit less expensive. I have a Mini as well and I really like my CG Lock www.cg-lock.com
. I think James Wilson is still selling CG Locks as well. He is a local autoxer from San Diego.

A harness is legal in all classes, but it's installtion methods can change by class. Check the rule book for legal installations.

Thanks, but I think you should buy them here -- www.BlackwatchRacing.com , also another autocrosser from Orange County. :D

I have a completely unused and in-the-box Schroth harness that I could sell, it would save you money. Email me at tdrcar@gmail.com if you're interested.
