Still trying to revive the old forum. In the meantime, this one is here. If I can't succeed, this will become the forum. SO feel free to register.
The server is having some issues and sucking up a lot of my time trying to figure it out. Argh... I think at this point I am resigned to getting a new server and moving everything over.

I can't post there either. I assumed it was moderated and perhaps you need to 'unmoderate' the forum...
I assume also that my posts are not lost as I see you have resurected my previous post to start the thread for the Dec 3 event planning

I think I found the switch that should stop the moderation status. Try again please.

Drove to LA (near 405 and 10) for Thanksgiving at Carol's Aunt's house. Decided to "loop around" by going 15 to 10. Extra 20 miles, little traffic. Dinner was great! :)

Went to Boise, Idaho to see the grandkids, etc. Had turkey, enjoyed the change of weather, cold, rain, snow; had a great time until about half way through Utah on the way back. Then ran into the tail of a blizzard, and did 40 mph white knuckle ice for 200 miles Sat nite. 25-27 degrees and snowing. It seemed that everyone that passed us wound up in the ditch; usually upside down... Even saw a semi faced the wrong way in the median. Broke out in St. George. Rest of the night from hell was normal.
